Return & Replacement Policy

At The Crypto Shop, all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for items due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or other non-defect-related reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help. Please contact us at xrprightnow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. We do not require returns for damaged or defective products.
